感觉vue真的好无语 最基本的下载都各种问题 环境如下

1. 非商业软件大多不保证环境支持，养成习惯，认真读日志，可以解决大部分问题
2. Windows 10，非特殊要求，建议在 WSL 环境下配置
3. python 和 ruby 是 Windows 开发环境的常见问题，先配置好，最好装在 C 盘根目录，目录名不要有空格
